MORE FROM NICHOLAS K…ROGUES GALLERY…
I just want to share photos of new pieces that we received from Portland, Maine-based Rogues Gallery and Nicholas K from NYC. Rogues Gallery used the northwest as its theme for this season so expect to see colorful flannels, puffy vests, navajo-print thermals, and gothic, shaman-esque prints for their tees:
Most of the Nicholas K photos are not ready to post but the one piece I wanted,no needed to show you is this amazing jacket:
Both collections sold at the downtown location and online shop. Other arrivals: Loden Dager, Spiewak and quilted vests from Engineered Garments. Pictures to follow soon … -Butch
DUNDERDON
The resurgence of the work wear aesthetic reminds us that functionality and intention are the backbone of great design. Given the variables of climate, motion, and durability, the designer’s choices for construction of the garments become obvious if not ingenious. Born in the Swedish port town of Gothenburg, Dunderdon has created a line that melds these principles with a stylistic edge. Per-Ivan Hagberg, a carpenter, successfully began making uniform inspired pants for skilled tradesmen and artisans. The line quickly became a favorite for it’s craftsmanship and versatility and expanded to include shirts, knits, and outerwear. Currently the Fremont shop stocks men’s Dunderdon and will be receiving women’s in the coming weeks. Pictures below are of current selections.

SPIEWAK
Many companies come and go these days; so, it’s really rare and inspiring to find one that has such heritage as Spiewak. Founded in 1904 by Isaac Spiewak, this New York based company has been making outerwear suited for industry and fashion alike for over a hundred years. Four generations later, Michael and Roy Spiewak are still producing great pieces which embody the traditions of innovation and design for which the company is known, at an almost unbeatable value. These jackets are tightly constructed to make them wind and water resistant and have Thinsulate linings to reduce bulk. Below are pictures of the current stock. Spiewak is available at both Ian shops.
Jasper Peacoat, $175 (available in black)
Dugan Peacoat, $195
Porter Jacket, $155 (available in light gray)

NEW @ IAN: ORTHODOX CLOTHING
The new collection from LA based Orthodox seems to have more of an East Coast vibe than its place of origin: dark purples, light and charcoal greys , wool bombers and a tech style hoodie make up most of this season’s line. Also the detailing is pretty clever, as well.
Orthodox will be sold at our downtown location… We still have outerwear, sweaters, and accessories left from Nice Collective,Spiewak, Engineered Garments, Modern Amusement and G-Star and the weather is starting to get colder if you haven’t noticed…so don’t waste time and be stuck without something warm this season! -Butch
